Delivery Policy

Shipments to Cyprus. We deliver the products with our staff and ACS Courier.

Orders can be delivered: TO ALL REGIONS, WITH SPECIAL TERMS PER PROVINCE.

 

NICOSIA within the city limits:

• · Delivery to your door for orders over €40.00 - FREE

• · Delivery to your door for orders under €40.00 - The charge is €5.00

• · Pickup from our stores (See stores) - FREE

 

NICOSIA, outside the city and villages (these orders cannot include refrigerated products):

• Pickup from the ACS office in your area ( see ACS stores ) for orders over €40.00 - Free, less than €40.00 - Additional €3.00 Charge.

LARNACA:

• Pickup from our stores (See stores) - FREE. For your convenience, choose the "Etherio Discount store" located on the Nicosia-Larnaca highway, 20' from Larnaca.

• Collection from the ACS office in your area (see ACS stores ) for orders over €40.00 - Free, less than €40.00 - Additional Charge €3.00.

Limassol within the city limits:

• · Delivery to your door for orders over €40.00 - FREE (only every Thursday)

• · Delivery to your door for orders under €40.00 - The charge is €5.00

• Collection from the ACS office in your area ( see ACS stores ) for orders over €40.00 - Free, less than €40.00 - Additional Charge €3.00.

 

! The e-shop will not charge you €30.00 automatically for delivery, but you will have to pay it in cash to the carrier upon delivery.

FOR ALL ORDERS

· Orders will be delivered within 1 - 4 business days (except Limassol orders that the delivery is only every Thursday). You will receive a call from the carrier to confirm the delivery time. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

· We do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.

· Please note that we cannot deliver Frozen & Chilled products with ACS for security reasons.
