Organic Vegan Choco Cup Cakes with 1,50€!

Ingredients for 15 Cup Cakes:
 
2 cups Wheat Flour, Green Foods 1050
 
1 cups Flour "Self Raising", Green Foods
 
1/2 cups Cocoa
 
1 1/2 cups Coconut, Green Foods
 
1 tsp baking soda (no aluminum)
 
1 tsp Salt of the Himalayas, Green Foods
 
2 tbsp Apple cider Vinegan with the mother, Green Foods
 
3/4 cup Coconut Oil, Green Foods
 
1 3/4 cup Cold water
 
1 tsp Vanilla extract
 

Preparation:
 
Preheat the oven at 190 ° C
 
In a large bowl we put all our solids and mix well. We slowly add our liquid materials, starting with the oil and dropping the water last. Stir well with a wooden spoon until you have a mild, thick mixture. Put oil and flour on your cake pan and pour in the mixture. Bake for about 50 'depending the oven.
 
* Be careful not to overcook the Cup Cakes! To understand if it's ready put a toothpick in the centre and if it's clear, your cup cakes are ready!
